Refunds

Refund application for purchases you’ve bought from Property Developers IQ, subject to the Consumer Terms for the Purchase of Online and In-person Courses, may be eligible for a refund. These Terms were issued to you and accepted by you at the point of sale.

Please note refund applications for Mentorship (Academy) purchases should be sent by email to your dedicated programme manager. These services were purchased under different terms and as such refund requests will be handled under a different process.

Furthermore, you would have been sent a copy of the Terms by email. Please remember to check your spam and junk folders as emails are often diverted there.

How to apply for a refund

  2. Stating your reason for a refund.

  3. A member of our team will be appointed to assist you throughout the process and will book a call with you.

  4. You will receive email notification that your refund application has been received and is being processed.

How and when will I get my money back?

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you elected to use to purchase the product.

The refund will usually show back on the account of the payment method within 7 working days, if not sooner.
